Yes. Courier Pro allows you to upload your logo and select your main brand colour for tracking pages, documents and emails.
Can I change a shipment tracking number?
Yes. Tracking numbers are editable and protected against duplicates. Leaving the field blank automatically generates a unique number.
Can customers track several shipments?
Yes. The public tracking form supports both individual and multiple-shipment tracking.
Who receives status emails?
Depending on your settings, Courier Pro can notify administrators, shippers, receivers and assigned customers.
Does this edition collect online payments?
No. This edition focuses on shipment management, tracking, notification and operational documents.
How does licence activation work?
The customer enters only the supplied activation key. Courier Pro automatically contacts the official Sir Williams Hub licence service.
